A New Song

TODAY’S VERSE

“He has given me a new song to sing, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see what he has done and be amazed. They will put their trust in the LORD.”
Psalms 40:3 (NLT)

 TODAY’S THOUGHT

Have you ever noticed how many sad songs there are? Songs of despair, betrayal or heartbreak? How many of these songs have been our anthem? How many nights have we gone to bed with discouraging lyrics going through our head? Isn’t time for a new tune? God can do that you know. He comes and gives us a new song. A song of deliverance, of hope and of joy. That’s what happened to King David. God gave him a new song, a song of praise. And because of David’s song of testimony, many put their trust in God. How the Lord wants to do the same today. He wants to use our lives as a testimony of His love and grace so others will put their trust in Him. So today ask God to put a new song in your heart. A song of deliverance, hope, joy and peace. As He does, others will tune in and be amazed.

TODAY’S PRAYER
Dear Lord, I need a new melody with new lyrics of hope, joy and peace. I ask You to fill my heart with a song of Your love. Oh then dear Father, might others hear my praise and put their trust in You.
AMEN

About Ronald

I am a Christian who deeply believes in God and the purposes He has put us on earth for. I started in ministry when I was 20 years old. I have been involved in both evangelism and compassion ministires. I deeply believe in our mission to help those in need. I believe however, that the church has missed our calling. We have not been effective in loving others as we would love ourselves. We have not been using our Spiritual Gifts to make a difference in this world. We have not mobilized to be the salt and light in the world. The goal of this web site is to help those interested to use their Spiritual Gifts in order to fulfill the mission Christ has given us to love the world.
