Choose Wisely

TODAY’S VERSE

I am the LORD your God, who teaches you what is good for you and leads you along the paths you should follow.
Isaiah 48:17 (NLT)

TODAY’S THOUGHT
What a promise. God Almighty has shown His love for you in an incredible way. He says that He wants to teach you what is good for you and then He desires to lead you in the way you should go. However, in the very next sentence God says, “Oh, that you had listened to my commands!” You can hear the saddest and regret in God’s voice. Apparently they ignored the Lord’s teachings and did not follow His path. Think of all the heartache, all the regret, all of the missed opportunities and blessings that that they suffered because they ignored the Lord’s instruction. Today, you have a choice. You can choose to listen to the Lord’s teaching and follow His path or you can choose to ignore His commands. Choose wisely.

TODAY’S PRAYER
Dear Lord, thank You for teaching me what is good. Thank You for leading me along the paths I should go. Help me to continually choose to follow You.
AMEN

About Ronald

I am a Christian who deeply believes in God and the purposes He has put us on earth for. I started in ministry when I was 20 years old. I have been involved in both evangelism and compassion ministires. I deeply believe in our mission to help those in need. I believe however, that the church has missed our calling. We have not been effective in loving others as we would love ourselves. We have not been using our Spiritual Gifts to make a difference in this world. We have not mobilized to be the salt and light in the world. The goal of this web site is to help those interested to use their Spiritual Gifts in order to fulfill the mission Christ has given us to love the world.
