TODAY’S VERSE
Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
I Thessalonians 5:16-18 (NIV)
TODAY’S THOUGHT
It is more than wishful thinking. It is more than some idealized notion. It is actually God’s will for your life that you rejoice always, pray continually and give thanks in all circumstances! This can only be done when we see that it is God’s will for our life. It is through our knowledge of Him, our experience with Him and our living through Him that this is possible. God’s will for our life is done out of a personal Spirit filled relationship with Him. He gives us the joy, He causes our heart to pray and He helps us give thanks. So today, let Him lead your life. Think of Him and all the love He has for you and rejoice always, pray continually and give thanks in all circumstances.
TODAY’S PRAYER
Dear Father. I thank You for Your love for me. Help me today to rejoice always, pray continually and give thanks in all circumstances.
In Jesus’ name.
