Remember

TODAY’S VERSE

Oh, how often they rebelled against him in the wilderness and grieved his heart in that dry wasteland. Again and again they tested God’s patience and provoked the Holy One of Israel.
Psalms 78:40-41 (NLT)

TODAY’S THOUGHT
There is a sad truth that comes with our maturing process. That is the fact that we can be stubborn and insensitive to the things of God. The Psalmist is pointing out the fact that the children of God were constantly forgetting all the good that God was doing and consequently were unappreciative of all He did for them and disrespectful of the way God wanted them to live. The author writes, “They did not remember his power and how he rescued them from their enemies. They did not remember his miraculous signs in Egypt, his wonders on the plain of Zoan.” Today, let us not grieve God’s heart. Let us not test the Lord. Instead, let us remember all He has done for us and be thankful for all His love and grace He has lavished upon us.

TODAY’S PRAYER
Dear Father, forgive me for forgetting what You have done for me. Forgive me for rebelling against Your ways. Help me to remember Your goodness and grace and to live the way You want me to.
AMEN

About Ronald

I am a Christian who deeply believes in God and the purposes He has put us on earth for. I started in ministry when I was 20 years old. I have been involved in both evangelism and compassion ministires. I deeply believe in our mission to help those in need. I believe however, that the church has missed our calling. We have not been effective in loving others as we would love ourselves. We have not been using our Spiritual Gifts to make a difference in this world. We have not mobilized to be the salt and light in the world. The goal of this web site is to help those interested to use their Spiritual Gifts in order to fulfill the mission Christ has given us to love the world.
