TODAY’S THOUGHT
Christianity was never meant to be a nominal religion. It is a call to radical discipleship. Not a forced dictatorship where we become unwilling subjects but rather a volunteer commitment out of gratitude and thanksgiving for all the love that has been given to us. Paul put it this way, “He died for everyone so that those who receive his new life will no longer live for themselves. Instead, they will live for Christ, who died and was raised for them.” So what are you living for? Today, let Christ’s love control you.
TODAY’S PRAYER
Dear Christ, thank You for Your death and resurrection. Thank You for forgiving me of all my sins. Today, I submit to You. Let Your love fully control the way I think and act.
