Don’t Fear

TODAY’S VERSE

So don’t be afraid.
Luke 12:7 (NLT)

TODAY’S THOUGHT
The same message can have a whole different meaning depending upon who says it. That is how it is with fear. It is one thing for someone who knows nothing of your situation to tell you not to fear and quite another for God, who knows everything about you, who controls the whole universe, who is all powerful and more importantly all loving, to tell you not to fear. Jesus has just finished telling His disciples not to fear because God cares for the birds and you and I are much more valuable to God than the birds. Have you thought of that before? Have you considered that you are valuable to God? It is true, God values you. And what He values, He protects! So today, listen again to what God says to you, His precious valuable creation that He deeply loves and adores. He says, “Don’t be afraid.”

TODAY’S PRAYER
Dear Father, I am trusting You. Thank You for Your love. Thank You for valuing my very being. You give me comfort and hope so today, I will not fear.
AMEN

About Ronald

I am a Christian who deeply believes in God and the purposes He has put us on earth for. I started in ministry when I was 20 years old. I have been involved in both evangelism and compassion ministires. I deeply believe in our mission to help those in need. I believe however, that the church has missed our calling. We have not been effective in loving others as we would love ourselves. We have not been using our Spiritual Gifts to make a difference in this world. We have not mobilized to be the salt and light in the world. The goal of this web site is to help those interested to use their Spiritual Gifts in order to fulfill the mission Christ has given us to love the world.
