Hope

TODAY’S VERSE

LORD, you know the hopes of the helpless. Surely you will hear their cries and comfort them.
Psalms 10:17 (NLT)

TODAY’S THOUGHT
When are you helpless but not really helpless? When you have hope. No more than a young child is totally helpless when their parent stands nearby, so we are when God is in our life. The Psalmist assures us that the Lord hears our cries and comforts us. There may be areas in your life that leave you seemingly helpless. There appears to be no answer, no solution but remember, even when we seem helpless, we are not hopeless. Today, bring your situation to Christ. He knows your plight. He loves you with an unfailing love. He hears you and will comfort your heart. Remember, the Lord knows the hopes of the helpless.

TODAY’S PRAYER
Dear Heavenly Father. Thank You that You never leave me hopeless. You know me. You love me. You hear my cries and today I hope in You. Come dear Lord, comfort me I pray. In Jesus’ name.
AMEN

About Ronald

I am a Christian who deeply believes in God and the purposes He has put us on earth for. I started in ministry when I was 20 years old. I have been involved in both evangelism and compassion ministires. I deeply believe in our mission to help those in need. I believe however, that the church has missed our calling. We have not been effective in loving others as we would love ourselves. We have not been using our Spiritual Gifts to make a difference in this world. We have not mobilized to be the salt and light in the world. The goal of this web site is to help those interested to use their Spiritual Gifts in order to fulfill the mission Christ has given us to love the world.
