“So your servant has found courage to pray to you.”
1 Chronicles 17:25 (NIV)

Have you ever needed courage to pray? I have. Praying is all about courage. It is looking at your situation and saying, “I will exercise my faith and trust that God is all that He says He is and that He will answer my prayer.” Praying is courage because you are trusting God and giving up your right to try to do everything on your own. It is courage, because it would be easier to run and hide instead of facing your situation and trusting God. It is courage, because you are full of doubts and fears and yet you choose to exercise faith. The Apostle John wrote something that changes everything. He wrote, “Love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear.” So today, when you are stuck, frustrated, afraid or confused, focus on the perfect love God has for you and be like David. Find the courage to pray.

Father, I believe, help my unbelief! Give me hope and faith so when struggles come, I will stop and have the courage to pray to You.

About Ronald

I am a Christian who deeply believes in God and the purposes He has put us on earth for. I started in ministry when I was 20 years old. I have been involved in both evangelism and compassion ministires. I deeply believe in our mission to help those in need. I believe however, that the church has missed our calling. We have not been effective in loving others as we would love ourselves. We have not been using our Spiritual Gifts to make a difference in this world. We have not mobilized to be the salt and light in the world. The goal of this web site is to help those interested to use their Spiritual Gifts in order to fulfill the mission Christ has given us to love the world.
