TODAY’S VERSE

Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works.
Hebrews 10:24 (NLT)

TODAY’S THOUGHT
What if we took this verse seriously? There are thousands and thousands of churches, many which are said to be “dying.” But are they? A church may have low attendance or be a congregation of seniors but that doesn’t mean they are finished doing God’s work. Every group of believers can come together and ask God what He would have them do in their community. Every group, no matter what demographic, can heed God’s command to “motivate each other to do acts of love and good works.” No group is beyond doing mission together. So today, ask God, “Lord, what would You have us do?” Ask Him for a vision on how you and your fellowship can be involved in loving others and doing good.

TODAY’S PRAYER
Dear Father, You know the fellowship I belong to. Help us to motivate each other to do acts of love and good through the mission You call us to.
AMEN

About Ronald

I am a Christian who deeply believes in God and the purposes He has put us on earth for. I started in ministry when I was 20 years old. I have been involved in both evangelism and compassion ministires. I deeply believe in our mission to help those in need. I believe however, that the church has missed our calling. We have not been effective in loving others as we would love ourselves. We have not been using our Spiritual Gifts to make a difference in this world. We have not mobilized to be the salt and light in the world. The goal of this web site is to help those interested to use their Spiritual Gifts in order to fulfill the mission Christ has given us to love the world.
