Grace

TODAY’S VERSE

“For I am the least of the apostles, unworthy to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. But by the grace of God I am what I am.”
I Corinthians 15:9-10 (NIV)

TODAY’S THOUGHT
Paul was called to be an Apostle, not because of his past but because of the grace of God. He knew he had persecuted the church and felt he was the “chief of all sinners,” but even though he felt he was unworthy to serve Christ, he also knew that God’s love overcame and forgave his past. We need to come to the same realization of what God’s grace has done for us. By God’s grace we have a personal relationship with God. By God’s grace we are forgiven of all our wrong doing. By God’s grace we are alive and living with a purpose. All of us have a story. All of us, in one way or another are totally unworthy of serving Christ, but then it is God’s grace that calls us. Today, believe what Paul did. Serve God knowing, “But by the grace of God, I am what I am.” Thank God for His marvelous grace that He has so freely given us.

TODAY’S PRAYER
Father, thank You for all the mercy, forgiveness, hope, peace, joy and love that is mine as a result of Your grace lavished upon me. I give You praise and thanks in the matchless name of Jesus.
AMEN

About Ronald

I am a Christian who deeply believes in God and the purposes He has put us on earth for. I started in ministry when I was 20 years old. I have been involved in both evangelism and compassion ministires. I deeply believe in our mission to help those in need. I believe however, that the church has missed our calling. We have not been effective in loving others as we would love ourselves. We have not been using our Spiritual Gifts to make a difference in this world. We have not mobilized to be the salt and light in the world. The goal of this web site is to help those interested to use their Spiritual Gifts in order to fulfill the mission Christ has given us to love the world.
