Deep Love

TODAY’S VERSE

Most important of all, continue to show deep love for each other, for love covers a multitude of sins.
I Peter 4:8 (NLT)

TODAY’S THOUGHT
When God inspires an author to say, “Most important of all” it should demand our attention. What does God say is the most important issue He wants us to understand? What needs our complete focus and utter devotion? It is consistent with His message throughout the scriptures. It was exemplified in the life of Jesus Himself. What is most important? It is that we show a deep love for each other. Paul defines this kind of love. He writes, “ Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.” Today, might we love one another with this deep kind of love.

TODAY’S PRAYER
Dear Father, You who loves me so deeply. Help me to love others in the same way You love me. In Jesus’ name.
AMEN

About Ronald

I am a Christian who deeply believes in God and the purposes He has put us on earth for. I started in ministry when I was 20 years old. I have been involved in both evangelism and compassion ministires. I deeply believe in our mission to help those in need. I believe however, that the church has missed our calling. We have not been effective in loving others as we would love ourselves. We have not been using our Spiritual Gifts to make a difference in this world. We have not mobilized to be the salt and light in the world. The goal of this web site is to help those interested to use their Spiritual Gifts in order to fulfill the mission Christ has given us to love the world.
