“O LORD, I give my life to you. I trust in you, my God!”
Psalms 25:1-2 (NLT)
Jesus has called us to follow Him. More than church attendance and weekly worship, Jesus wants us to be His disciples. David knew what this meant. He came to Jehovah God and said. “O Lord, I give my life to you.” God would ask the same of us. And it takes faith. We are choosing to take the only life we have and say, “Here, God, I know You gave me this life so I am giving it back, trusting that You have a plan for me. You know best and I trust You.” That is what David did. He gave his life to God and said, “I trust in you, my God.” Today, do the same. Choose to trust God with your life. He created you and has a plan for your life. Trust Him.
Father, I choose to give my life to You. I want You to be the Lord of all I am and do. I trust You, Lord, and Your unconditional love for me.
