Transform

TODAY’S VERSE

Keep your servant from deliberate sins! Don’t let them control me. Then I will be free of guilt and innocent of great sin.
Psalms 19:13 (NLT)

TODAY’S THOUGHT
So how do we stop from letting sin run rampant in our life? David did the only thing that really works. He asked God for His help. He begged God to keep him from deliberate sins. And then he adds, “May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing to you, O LORD, my rock and my redeemer.” It is through God’s power and our deliberate commitment to a Godly life that God changes us. Paul said it this way, “Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think.” Our thinking and what we meditate on can either enslave us or free us. Today choose God. Let Him begin to transform you. Give Him your thinking, your meditation. Saturate yourself in His word. Ask God for wisdom and the power of the Holy Spirit to be alive in your heart. Then watch, God will help you be free of guilt and innocent of great sin. May it be so!

TODAY’S PRAYER
Dear Heavenly Father, please keep me from the deliberate sins that plague me. Don’t let them control me. Transform me by changing the way I feel and think. In the precious name of Jesus.
AMEN

About Ronald

I am a Christian who deeply believes in God and the purposes He has put us on earth for. I started in ministry when I was 20 years old. I have been involved in both evangelism and compassion ministires. I deeply believe in our mission to help those in need. I believe however, that the church has missed our calling. We have not been effective in loving others as we would love ourselves. We have not been using our Spiritual Gifts to make a difference in this world. We have not mobilized to be the salt and light in the world. The goal of this web site is to help those interested to use their Spiritual Gifts in order to fulfill the mission Christ has given us to love the world.
