Forgiveness

TODAY’S VERSE
For God’s will was for us to be made holy by the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ, once for all time.
Hebrews 10:10 (NLT)

TODAY’S THOUGHT
What a marvelous plan! God in His great love for us has made a way that we can have everlasting fellowship with Him. He created us with a free will meaning that we had the ability to choose to sin, to ignore Him, to completely rebel against Him. And yet in His great love for us He provided a way to be completely forgiven and born again by His Spirit. The Apostle John wrote, “I am writing to you who are God’s children because your sins have been forgiven through Jesus.”
God Himself said because of our repentance that He will never again remember our sins and lawless deeds. Paul wrote, “He saved us, not because of the righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He washed away our sins, giving us a new birth and new life through the Holy Spirit.” It was His will to be merciful to you and I. What then should be our response? Today thank Him, worship Him. Fall on your knees and let Him know how thankful you are for His forgiveness and mercy. Rise and rejoice in your freedom.

TODAY’S PRAYER
Dear Father, how incredible that You have totally forgiven and cleansed me. How magnificent Your love and mercy has been toward me. I thank You. I praise You for the new life You gave me through Your Holy Spirit.
AMEN

About Ronald

I am a Christian who deeply believes in God and the purposes He has put us on earth for. I started in ministry when I was 20 years old. I have been involved in both evangelism and compassion ministires. I deeply believe in our mission to help those in need. I believe however, that the church has missed our calling. We have not been effective in loving others as we would love ourselves. We have not been using our Spiritual Gifts to make a difference in this world. We have not mobilized to be the salt and light in the world. The goal of this web site is to help those interested to use their Spiritual Gifts in order to fulfill the mission Christ has given us to love the world.
