TODAY’S VERSE
He redeems me from death and crowns me with love and tender mercies.
Psalms 103:4 (NLT)
TODAY’S THOUGHT
In a perfect world you would have been loved deeply. There would be no question of your value, significance and worth. But we don’t live in a perfect world. Somewhere our meaning got lost in the translation. But God’s desire is for you to know the truth of who you are to Him. David writes, “The LORD is like a father to his children, tender and compassionate to those who fear him. For he knows how weak we are; he remembers we are only dust.” God the Father comes to you today and has a crown for you. A crown of meaning, a crown of royalty for you are a son and daughter of God! He crowns you with a crown made with love and tender mercies. Run doubt run. Flee fear. Be gone shame. Vanquish all lies that stand against the declaration that you are deeply loved. The King has come and He has crowned you His beloved. The Father has lavished you with His compassion. Rise and walk in the truth, for you wear a crown!
TODAY’S PRAYER
Dear Father, thank You for the crown You have placed upon my head. A crown of Your love and tender mercies. I humbly receive this gift and will wear it with gratitude and humility and a profound thankfulness. In Jesus’ name.
AMEN
