Strong and Courageous

TODAY’S VERSE
So be strong and courageous, all you who put your hope in the LORD!
Psalms 31: 24 (NLT)

TODAY’S THOUGHT
What you hope in can determine your attitude. It is easy to get discouraged when times are hard. It is easy to behave and feel like a person who doesn’t have hope at all. That is why David challenged us to be strong and courageous. This wasn’t some Pollyanna “things will work out” slogan but rather a call to action. An “all-out, put your hope in God and go for it” holy boldness. Oh that we would have the kind of faith that David had. Today, hope. Lift up your head, be strong, be courageous; you are hoping in the Almighty God.

TODAY’S PRAYER
Dear Father, I am hoping in You today. Help me to be strong and courageous in all I do. In Jesus’ name.
AMEN

About Ronald

I am a Christian who deeply believes in God and the purposes He has put us on earth for. I started in ministry when I was 20 years old. I have been involved in both evangelism and compassion ministires. I deeply believe in our mission to help those in need. I believe however, that the church has missed our calling. We have not been effective in loving others as we would love ourselves. We have not been using our Spiritual Gifts to make a difference in this world. We have not mobilized to be the salt and light in the world. The goal of this web site is to help those interested to use their Spiritual Gifts in order to fulfill the mission Christ has given us to love the world.
