Revive Us!

TODAY’S VERSE
And God confirmed the message by giving signs and wonders and various miracles and gifts of the Holy Spirit whenever he chose.
Hebrews 2:4 (NLT)

TODAY’S THOUGHT
We need revival. Never before has there been such a dismissal of the gospel. Little by little we have seen the Church lose its influence. And yet we can take hope from the early church. The Apostles were jailed and forbidden to share the gospel. However, they protested and said that they must obey God more than man. So that night the church, in its infancy, cried out to God. They prayed, “Give us, your servants, great boldness in preaching your word. Stretch out your hand with healing power; may miraculous signs and wonders be done through the name of your holy servant Jesus.” And that is what God did. Today God can do the same but will we pray the same?

TODAY’S PRAYER
Dear Father, give us, your servants, great boldness in preaching your word. Stretch out your hand with healing power; may miraculous signs and wonders be done through the name of your holy servant Jesus.
AMEN

About Ronald

I am a Christian who deeply believes in God and the purposes He has put us on earth for. I started in ministry when I was 20 years old. I have been involved in both evangelism and compassion ministires. I deeply believe in our mission to help those in need. I believe however, that the church has missed our calling. We have not been effective in loving others as we would love ourselves. We have not been using our Spiritual Gifts to make a difference in this world. We have not mobilized to be the salt and light in the world. The goal of this web site is to help those interested to use their Spiritual Gifts in order to fulfill the mission Christ has given us to love the world.
