What Do You Want Him To Do?

TODAY’S VERSE
Two blind men were sitting by the roadside, and when they heard that Jesus was going by, they shouted, ‘Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!’ Jesus stopped and called them. ‘What do you want me to do for you?’
Matthew 20:30-32

TODAY’S THOUGHT
Deep down inside you know there has to be more. Like the two blind men on the side of the road, if you knew Jesus was coming, you would shout out to Him. In his book The Church That Heals Doug Murren writes, “We need the miraculous in the church today. Postmodern people are too broken to be fixed through simple human caregiving; they need to be pieced back together through the Supernatural healing of Jesus through His body the church.” What is it you need? Where are you hurting? Today hear Jesus ask you the same thing that He asked the blind men, “What do you want me to do for you?”

TODAY’S PRAYER
Dear Lord, I too am sitting here today shouting for mercy. I know You have stopped and want to know what I want You to do for me. So I am bringing my request to you. Hear me I pray. In Jesus’ name.
AMEN

About Ronald

I am a Christian who deeply believes in God and the purposes He has put us on earth for. I started in ministry when I was 20 years old. I have been involved in both evangelism and compassion ministires. I deeply believe in our mission to help those in need. I believe however, that the church has missed our calling. We have not been effective in loving others as we would love ourselves. We have not been using our Spiritual Gifts to make a difference in this world. We have not mobilized to be the salt and light in the world. The goal of this web site is to help those interested to use their Spiritual Gifts in order to fulfill the mission Christ has given us to love the world.
