Living For Him

We think of your faithful work, your loving deeds, and the enduring hope you have because of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I Thessalonians 1:3 (NLT)

What do people think about when they consider your life? Is it your skill, behavior, appearance or accomplishments? Is it your failures, tragedies or misdeeds? None of that really defines you. You are defined by God and His love for you. Paul confirms this when he continued to write about the Thessalonian church. He wrote, “We know, dear brothers and sisters, that God loves you and has chosen you to be his own people.” God has done the same for you. He loves you, chose you to be His child and has filled you with the power of the Holy Spirit. It is this that defines you and the outcome of this calling is a life pleasing to Him. So today know that He has called you and will empower you to be faithful in your work for Him. He will help you be loving in all you do and He will fill you with enduring hope.

Dear Jesus, thank You for all You have done for me. Help me live for You and be faithful to You in all that I do. Help me to be loving in all my deeds and to endure in the hope I have in You.

About Ronald

I am a Christian who deeply believes in God and the purposes He has put us on earth for. I started in ministry when I was 20 years old. I have been involved in both evangelism and compassion ministires. I deeply believe in our mission to help those in need. I believe however, that the church has missed our calling. We have not been effective in loving others as we would love ourselves. We have not been using our Spiritual Gifts to make a difference in this world. We have not mobilized to be the salt and light in the world. The goal of this web site is to help those interested to use their Spiritual Gifts in order to fulfill the mission Christ has given us to love the world.
